In Durham Kayak Club in the eighties we had an amazing friend called Lofty who made paddles for sea canoeing for £10 well happy days they were.

I live in the US and bought a paddle from Anders several years ago and was totally pleased with process and the paddle is one of my favorites to use.
There are many USA based paddle makers who do great Greenland paddles.
