How did the hair hold up after like a week
I would say roughly around 2 & half weeks! I also work out a lot but I do always sleep with some kind of scarf/bonnet on. Hope that helps! 🙋🏽♀️
You can also redo the front after 2 weeks when it starts getting a bit frizzy. That’s what imma have to do cuz braids never stay nice on my head
