She does her homework, relocates her baby and takes the adopted parents to court. The judge hears both sides of the story, and finds in favor of the birth mom and orders the baby to be given back to her. The baby and it's birth mother are reunited and everything is going well. The adopted parents will never adopt again if that's how it works.
