      The athletes that are winning are the ones who do more accessories closer to competition.

    What's the side effect if you had given the 55kg female example the taper of the 30 year old male? Like do they lose their strength and fitness too quickly?

      How are these two metrics comparable?
      55kg , mass
      30 years, age.
      Maybe this 30 year old is 60kg...

      @@sabertoothwallaby2937 while I used different identifiers, I was asking specifically to the examples they gave in the video itself, which denotes age and weight for both.
