Serum fsh level 10.90 mlU/ml test can do at after 3 day of period so FSH value is normal. Or abnormal?

Sir m doing my treatment from last one and half year for 2nd child..n having hypothyroidism..but now range is 2.4...m consulting to good gynecologist..my tubes were blocked..did hystrolaproscopy...and my tubes are patent now..but still not conceive....but my Dr did not suggested to do this all test..he only said to do amh..and my amh is 4...my husband reports are good....i was on ovulation induction....no result...is he doing anything wrong...he is not taking time to talk with patients
