Hello wildflowers! In this rather special little episode, I’ll be taking you on a tour of my tiny, witchy hygge hideaway before I move on to a brand new chapter and a fresh interior design/gardening challenge. I'll be showing you how I came up with my 'cottagecore meets boho' design style, and created the cottage garden and cosy home of my dreams - all to enjoy the slow, cosy, hygge life in Australia. Tiny homes usually make me feel so cramped. But I love how this one flows outdoors and into a lush and gorgeous garden. And it's so well decorated. Beautiful.
Yes, absolutely! I couldn't handle feeling all cramped - especially in the winters, as it gets pretty cold here. I think the huge floor to ceiling glass windows make a world of difference!

Nancy, you just wait until you have a little girl of your own and that blanket will mean so much more in a different way. I think I need to make one for my daughter (and a second one for me too). Sending you and your Mom good vibes from the the US in Colorado! BTW, I loved the (old) home tour. What a beautiful place to live. I think my fav spot would be the deck overlooking the garden.

Just found your channel, today the 30th March, and it's just magical, beautiful, calming and inspiring all at the same time. I adore gardening, both flower and vegetable and I love your creativity and the ways you connect with nature. Autumn is my absolute favourite month - I'm currently undergoing chemo and have lost all my hair but I am reminded of a quote ' Autumn teaches us how wonderful it is to let go ' and so I am reminded that just like the trees lose their leaves, I have lost my leaves so to speak while in this chapter of my life, but it's okay because its just a chapter and my 'leaves' will return with vibrant, abundant health once again. 🍁🍁🍂 Thank you for inspiring us all in some way that is magical and individual to our souls !
Oh Nadja, I am sorry to hear you are facing one of life's greatest challenges. You are very strong and your way of looking at it with courage and grace is just beautiful. Yes, it is your season to let go and know that your beautiful leaves will grow once more, stronger and more vibrant than ever. I too lost my hair (not all, but most) after a serious shock/trauma about 4 years ago, and I have been nursing it back to health ever since. It was really confronting and I understand how you must feel. Try massaging rosemary oil into your scalp once you begin recovering, it will help the hair grow thicker and stronger. Much love 🍁🍁🍁

I’m sorry that you had to go through such a traumatic event in your life that affected you so deeply. It has been a huge journey for me, all during some of the hardest years of my life and with a broken heart. I'm awaiting the day we have the OK to begin moving into Rose Cottage - and begin to additions the new build with new gardens! I brought many pots, and have done sweet peas sprouting, for a trellis by the fence by the neighbors.

I keep wandering wistfully around the garden saying 'goodbye' to my plants and making mental lists of all the ones I want to try to take with me (the removalists won't be too pleased with me!).
