I really enjoyed this video. Another great insight into CX from a serious and talented young rider. I'm old enough to be his Grandad - maybe even his great grandad - but I'm learning so much from him! The young teaching the old - and why not? He's the expert. He's so professional and also at ease making these videos. I must say he makes the racing look easy. Great result. A smart move and pure strength to hold the lead. Well done!

Enjoy your videos. Always loved cx and watched races but your race videos gives a much better look into the race. You do a great job of being in the front group even if starting towards the back. Watching the elites, if not in front at the start it is not likely to move there later. Also enjoy your pass strategy. After 1 or 2 laps I can figure where you are going to pass a rider. This is great stuff Congratulations on a nice race season.

What time does your race start? It's almost impossible for me to be there 4hrs early, because I normally start at 10am
I start 3 p.m. so I have time enough - I would eat at 7 am and do I my warmup on the course in your case
