Sir says that the Dhuni/Sacred Fire🧘‍♀️🔥🧘‍♀️is also a symbol of the Manipura Chakra. Also, the Tibetan Practice of Tummo of generating heat in freezing 🥶 temperatures springs from understanding how to manipulate this Chakra. The key is to keep practicing Kriya Yoga🙏🏻.

Again refers to Ap being the element of Manipura Chakra
Whereas, Shri M ji, you and also in Shatchakra Nirupana of Arthur Avalon it's fire 🔥

Maybe... ? interpret as how you are experiencing it... Your "integration with Nature" sounds like a perfect answer. Like! Truly don't know about "let it happen." Just guessing that Sri M might mention balance and moderation.
