Can we unfold the pipe when it contains holes?
Can this be used for square metal profiles with rounded corners?

Will this work if you use the "Part Design" tool to create your pipe rather than the "Part" tool? Doing exactly the same thing, but having a difficult time rendering the finished unfolded mesh.
