It's amazing how Jordan 1's and Dunks aren't selling out anymore, "hype" is very powerful, and it also shows that there's, so many people who are followers. They don't buy what they actually like, they buy what's hyped/popular.
same sentiment. sucks that dunk sb quality is still pretty low though. all of my early 2000 sneakers still feel great, all the new drops take a while to break in.
Hype is powerful, but market is down in general due to economic pressure for average consumer. These would have sold out instantly in different economic climate.
Better for us that actually want the shoes!

I grabbed the last shadow release in the golf lows just to have the colorway. So these coming out are a must! Love grabbing lows for under retail. Best daily's.
I love these kicks. I wasn't ever really into low 1s until the black toe lows dropped, and after these I'm a full on fan of lows now.

Chris love ur reviews but this one was the best.😅 Your constant Conflicted back and forth informative take on these "og" J1s Lows was hilariously great where your explanations told the true story of the low but the not true story with the constant adjustments Nike did to get more involvement by consumers. I wish they just stuck to this cut and just went with the different colorways already and ceased with all the confusion. Great review as always and keep bombarding us with good information ! I live a history lesson that reminds me of the ol' school!

Only thing I would change would be material on the grey hits. The 2018 high og pair had really soft leather that wore in really nice. The black toe low’s that came out a while back also had good leather on the toe box and the side panels, but it was a QC issue since I’ve seen pairs with really soft leather and others with stiff leather.
Been thinkin about getting my first pair of lows, these look sleek and would for sure be a good “wear whenever” shoe

I'd say Wolverine too, but I always loved Beast as well. He's got that cool super strength and agility. I used to pretend to be Beast when we'd play pretend X-MEN when My friends and I were younglings.

Finally I got a shoe for retail before Nightwing. I did hit these on the Shockdrop. Size 11.5M so you know that’s even harder to hit. I like the shoes but now that I have a couple of 85 lows, I would’ve preferred this pair in the 85 low iteration.

They’re the same as the Shadow 1 low golf pair (minus the outsole difference) that came out a year or two ago. Overall great shoe, and I’ll be looking forward to getting this pair as well soon.

I’ve been wearing my golf version daily since paying resale for them last year and they have been my all time favorite. They clean easily and still look like new…the leather quality is amazing.
The OG lows are killing it, but just came out at the wrong time, or right time depending. Right time for us trying to get shoes below retail. Amazing materiels

I tried to get these when they shock dropped but took a L. The shadows are my second favorite of the OG colorways so I definitely want a pair. I'm hoping Jordan brand produced an amount similar to the black toes last year, because those were fairly easy to get for retail.
It would have been awesome if these were 85 cuts, because I love the shape of the recent natural/neutral gray and metallic blue pairs.
As for the question, I'd say wolverine, for the healing factor. I guess the only downside is that you'll outlive all of your loved ones, which is sort of related to the past question of immortality (though I think wolverine's healing factor just slows down his aging, rather than making him immortal).

I have the University blue lows and I went down half size they fit really well That's what I'd recommend I normally wear size 11 in every Nike shoe , beside like runners and these Jordan 1 low OG
