•Take a walk for 1 hour everyday, or 1 hour of exercise.
•Keeping focused and making stress are different things, be focused but not stressed, there is no death penalty for tattoo mistakes and anyone could do mistakes 🤷🏻‍♂️
•Esp when lining do not look at the needle, look where you want the needle to go and your hand will follow. And don’t try to draw lines slowly. Find a pace which is a bit fast. Before you start your line plan where you will end it.
•Stabilise your hand by resting it on clients body
These should help to get rid of shaky hands
