known fact ... never ever trust a tuk tuk driver i used it once about 14 years ago never again, crazy rude drivers. i use the bts or walk great way to find hidden gems. pity you had only a lay over in Seoul i found it friendly and so much to discover walking.
Getting scanned by tuk tuk is as old as tourism is. No thai or expat living in thailand ever take the tuktuk its naive tourist's only. Same with the expensive scam boat Trips.. saw one american couple that payed a small boat over 2000baht for a short Round tour. Normal price is s 30-50 baht 😅
Brother i am from Bangladesh, i want to know one information if you know about that, One agent told me there is in Thailand chinese computer job salary is 800 Us Dollar per month, they will give me Tourist visa and ticket free! but i have seen many news there is scam job and chinese they are forcing to work! is this work really true or this is unsafe? I can not go out? Or i can not give resign? Can you give me more information?

U can't work on Thailand without a work visa so it's illegal work and probably a scam
