- The family spent a relaxing weekend at a lovely beach house in Manzanilla and cooked up a storm over the weekend. We started off with Aunty Helen's pot roast pork followed by bbq chicken, pork, and fish with macaroni pie and potato salad. The next morning, Leah prepared a fancy breakfast spread for everyone, including bacon, eggs, bagels, sausages, focaccia bread, pancakes, smoked salmon with cream cheese and crackers and baked brie along with fresh pawpaw and kiwis.

We stayed here a few years ago, although we rented the whole house, didn't like the stairs and rooms which were too small. There was also a fly invasion whilst we were there. Glad to see you guys enjoying it though 😢

Looks like everyone had a good time. Better there than a hotel. Hotels can be restrictive. 🙏❤️🇹🇹🇨🇦 BTW, I think I know why you removed it. The children were talking loud over you and you reprimanded them. I noticed that part was edited out. Smart decision.👍
