I have struggled with Anxiety, Panic-Attacks, Depression, and Neurosis for most of my life. Medication helps, but ASMR has truly worked for me, and Ozley hopefully knows how helpful and wonderful her work is. Bless you, Ozley, and THANK YOU for all you do. Thatâs a good thing, because Iâve always found her voice and demeanor very comforting. Iâve played The OA in the in the background at home many times just for that reason. A good example is when sheâs at the abandoned house telling her story to those who chose to help her.
