INGREDIENTS NEEDED
FOR POTATO MIXTURE
4 lbs potatoes
1 lb cheddar cheese ( keep back some for topping the pie)
1 tablespoon salted butter
3 tablespoons table margarine
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon table salt
250ml evaporated milk
2 eggs
MEAT PREP / SEASONING PROCESS
1 tablespoon green seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Sazon Tropical
COOKING THE MEAT
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 onion finely chopped
2 pimento finely chopped
1 carrot diced
1 cup flour
1 & 1/2 cup tomato sauce/ paste
1 tablespoon rosemary ( about 15 leaves)
2 stick fine thyme
