Savannah Quarters: Several people I know or have known live(d) there. Lovely place to live with lots of walkers/joggers. Nice and quiet. Never heard of a downside for those who can afford it. Sad thing that people I knew mostly moved away for jobs or family. They really enjoyed those amenities and felt the HOA dues were worthwhile for what they got. Strong covenants are enforced. Non-conformists or those with many noisy children or teens may find a better fit elsewhere.
If you want to garden or have large animals for your children’s 4-H project this is not the place for you. Savannah Quarters enforces covenants and restrictions so you can’t park your boat or Airstream in your driveway. Vehicle parking restrictions so if you have several family cars or visitors check restrictions about parking them in driveway or on street.
Even in Westbrook Glenn , don’t leave your dog outside to bark. You won’t be well-liked if you start off with noise. And you won’t like the repercussions.
