- Chevreuse is a potentially game changing unit, and I had to have her on my account. And for the first time in MONTHS we got a 4-star unit that has the majority of their value in their base talents. While C6 is amazing, she is still a super cool unit at C0
the fact that tashed said at 2:45 E6 and not C6 shows how addicted he is to Honkai 😭

Eh not really. Just a case of getting two very similar systems mixed up. I play Genshin more than HSR and have made this mistake and the opposite many times now.

Excuse me, can you just pull Yoimiya at least even you refuse risk guaranteed? You never owned 5 star Pyro limited characters. Xiangling just energy hungry burst bot greatest damage with situations, Diluc fall off quality damage potential when time goes on when in at beginning his best damage overall then Keqing raise up damage potential dendro exist in standard character. Hutao and Lyney are left only option push potential pyro dps. Hutao best vape nuke damage, Lyney just Pyro Ganyu with 5 star amber definition after called to Yoimiya the 5 star amber. Yoimiya likes range of Hutao with opposite quality passive

@@griffin955 I am just following Sumeru logic. In the group we had alhatim cyno nilou and dehya. In Fontaine we have neuvillette wriothesly Navia and clorinde. This pattern enough for to say that she will be end up like dehya. I can be wrong if they put Chiori in standard.
I'm enjoying her quite a bit, and it's especially exciting because we know of at least three (3) future electro/pyro characters; Gaming, Arlecchino and Clorinde. So she's not only great now, but is likely to get better as time goes on. An absolute win of a character, and a 4 star no less!

Kujou Sara is worthless even at c6 now. Furina is better for hypercarry Raiden nowadays.

@@noob.69sb true Sara isnt very good outside of buffing an electro unit and that's with C6. However if you wanted to make an overload team with Raiden, Sara wouldn't be a bad option if you have her... Xiangling would probably be better though

Started playing the game last december and my first 5 star is Navia. Got C1 Chevreuse, C3 Bennett, C3 Kujou Sara and C0 Raiden Shogun within 70 pulls, i think i can build a really great team since I just started Inazuma
This banner is insane for someone going for raiden
It basically gives you a full team 😂, but yeah very good banner to get Sara to c6 or to get raiden to c2 getting maybe Bennet to c6 or chev to c6

Chevreuse's Ultimate actually provides some utility, since it pulls smaller targets together similar to an Anemo Character. Plus it offers some C.C. and which may prove useful when in a pinch especially since it can be aimed. Also from what I can tell most of Chevreuse's mechanics that involve HP caps at 40k HP. knowing this you could probably funnel stats into other sub-stats once you reach her 40k HP thresh hold. Also from what I've found the Staff of Homa is one of her best weapons.
Xiangling wants Homa. Zhongli wants Homa. Hu Tao wants Homa. Xiao wants Homa. Thoma wants Homa. Chevrolet wants Homa.
Everybody and their grandmas want Homa, there's only so much people can wish for in this game.

Unless you are trying to solo the game with her, her best weapon is Favonius lance. It's much better to reduce ER requirements for other damage units in the team than trying to maximise her 2 instances of dmg per rotation
Characters with guns are a must have in a fantasy world
The overload team with her is insane. I've been playing with one in spiral abyss using her, thoma, fischl, and e0 raiden. This team is a monster. Chevy shreds and heals, thoma procs on raiden's attacks, and fischl doing what fischl does. Even with them at lv70 I was eating the floors.
you should try out hypercarry raiden with chev, she's so cracked in that comp bro, it's bonkers

@@Qopa you're not using furina with raiden, she's better in other teams, and I would say that hypercarry raiden with chev is better than the one with kazuha, it's all about preference

I somehow got an early 5 star at 30 pity, won the 50/50 for Raiden after also winning the 50 on Navia AND Furina. And in those 30 pulls I got c1 Chevreuse and c0 Kujou, and if that wasn't enough I also got engulfing lightning after 20 wishes. (tho I can't see what pity as my weapon banner history is too old)
I don't think I've ever been this lucky before! Sorry for bragging, but I don't think something like this is ever going to happen again to me, so I had to let it out lol

New player here, been playing for 3 weeks. I knew I wanted Raiden from the moment I started playing the game and my buddy told me that she was coming back around on next banner. I saved up 11k primos and 15 summons and managed to get C5 Benner, C3 Chev, and Raiden C0. Needless to say I am overly joyed. I absolutely love this combo and can't wait to test Chev with Raiden more. Sadly I am not in the area yet to level Chev up yet as I need to be in Fontaine, but I will be there soon enough!
I got Chevreuse after 32 pulls, and managed to get a guarantee for another banner (ended up getting Xianyun), but I also picked up Chevy's C1 from the standard banner a couple of weeks later; which is great for team energy.
I've been running her with Deyha, Benny (c6) and Raiden, and it has been lots of fun. Her Overhcharged Ball is a great encounter opener because it throws light mobs around like confetti, and gives you time to get in and start the rotation "unhindered".
(I know this is months after the video was released, but she's still a good character to have, just waiting to see how she teams up with Clorinde)
Very casual player here, tried to go for raiden and I won the 50/50 at 70 pulls, and i'm glad to say i got a c4 chevreuse.
Can't really level her up yet but i love her style, the musket is really fun to use

If clorinde is going to be an overload unit i will be so down for it.
It's a elemental reaction that they ignored since the beginning of the game but if they want to finally use it i am totally down with it.
Also a lot of future characters that are coming are pyro and electro like gaming or clorinde or arlechino so yeah very insane potential for overload.
And i really hope if this overload meta happened that it will kill the hyperbloom boring meta
I had a C6 Chevreuse, from the last Raiden rerun, I recently decided to built her and oh my, why didn’t I do this earlier. Now I'm playing Raiden, Arlecchino, Chevreuse, super strong and fun to play team.
Chev was my favorite Fontaine design, glad she wasn't a brick / C6 only.
Inazuma hurt when Sara was my favorite design and she has the personality of cardboard, only really works with Raiden and even then loads of the power is locked behind C6.
Hope they release more characters like this and less that are as C6 dependent as Faruzan / Sara have felt or just complete bricks like Dori and Kaveh.
havnt pulled for characters in like almost a year now and imma pull because shes actually kinda good to have, been watching mtash since 2020 happy to see a classic mtash video of an actually decent 4 star at c0 and a reason to pull.
I love how fontaine characters have been giving love to underused reactions like shatter or overload alongside new playstyles like lyney, neuvillette, and navia.

maybe she becomes a support for the future characters like what they do with kuki yaoyao and candace i was hoping that natlan will be a game changer for pyro element like sumthing that will buff overload and make it good because its been sht since the beginning
What's wrong with current characters? You can literally play her with Yanfei Beidou and Fischl and you'll probably clear everything pretty easily

@@user-bl7oe5xu1p You mentioned Kuki and Candace and when they came out they were kind of useless. Chevruse isn't like that - current overload roster is already very strong and Chevruse herself is kind of the buff to the reaction itself. I don't see much need for future changes

I did the same and now I have a Raiden and a Chevreuse to build.
I tried to get raiden but ended up with Tighnari. I’m not too mad about it bc once I learned how to use him I realized he’s broken, but yeah I have C1 chevruse & C4 Bennett & I prefer playing with chevruse. She’s replaced the need for a main healer on my main team & it’s super convenient.
On my road to C2 Raiden I was lucky enough to get C6 Chevreuse and C6 Bennett, awesome banner, especially for beginners.
I know it’s 2 days late but I just want to say you are my favorite Genshin content creator idc what anyone else thinks even if your opinions sometimes differ from mine I like how honest you are and you actually share your thought and are not too harsh or condescending your the perfect middle ground. I watch every Genshin video of yours even though I know u dislike the game somewhat due to lack of endgame but I still find your content good and entertaining and I like to hear your opinion on things. Bennett is such a good character. He and Xingqiu are the only characters I have at C6.
In getting Chevreuse, I finally got my Kujou Sara up to C6! So now I've put them both into a team with Raiden Shogun and my (already) C6 Bennett, and oh my god.....that team is popping off already!!! My Chevreuse isn't even leveled up yet, and isn't even _close_ to being built, but already she's looking GOOD!
given the fact arlecchino is rumored to be an overloaded dps unit, it's safe to assume Chevreuse will be on her banner. If you're an arlecchino wanter and you're worried about pulling Chevreuse right now in fear of losing 50/50, I'd wait
her on field time is short but i like that she feels smooth to play
I'm not really excited about the character itself but hope it's a good enough of a buff for the reaction that it becomes one of the better ones. Might be Clorinde support, who knows
It's not abt overload, that part of her kit was oversold. It's abt an actually effective buffer and shredder you can run to free up not having Kazuha.

I got her after I pulled 3 Bennetts, but it's good cause I didn't have Bennett at all. They're both fire so I gotta pick one to build first and it's got to be Bennett.
My husband is brand new and got fischl earlier. Wished on this banner and got Raiden, C1 Bennet and C1 Chevereuse. He's very pleased.
I got C5 Chevreuse and my first Qiqi, which I've wanted for two years. I'm excited to use Chevreuse Fischl Beidou Hu Tao and see what that overload boost do. I imagine it's gonna pop off.

I was super sceptical about Chev.
However .. after 2 years of waiting for a good banner for Sara I was done waiting and went full in.
Gambled my 5050 which I lost thankfully, still no C6 Sara so I went even further.
Sadly I then got screwed over by an early C1 Yoi AND an early C1 Raiden (which I won't even activate).
Literally have not gotten a single early since Yelans first banner and now I get 2 on a banner I don't want. Couldn't make this up.
But in the end I got my Sara to C6 within 30k primos, and got C6 Chev on the side so I tried her out and I'm liking her much more than I thought.
After some testing Chev is even a bit better than Kazuha for my Raiden hypercarry team in the current Abyss and the rotation is really fun.
So still happy, I'll take not having to wait another 3 years for these C6s for one Raiden cons that I'll never activate.
Plus I got 150k left over anyway (the power of saving ig / BP+W).
At c6 she is effectively a 4 star Kazuha that also heals for specifically overload teams. Assuming that literally any upcoming pyro or electro dps is an overload dps she'll be insane, so she's a pretty amazing pull imho
Her buff already outperforms kazuha at C0 for electro and pyro unless you’re using hutao or against a group of multiple enemies
I think at C6 she actually gives a bigger damage buff than him. But grouping is also important so that doesn't necessarily mean she'll give you better results
Her C2 and C4 seem like really fun constellations, Two Bombs and Two fires of her musket.
I know Raiden is such a must pull, but I’ve been gone for a year, and have no dendro. I want Nahida and Alhaitham, as well as Rizzly. I just got Navia, and I’ve saved up 50 something wishes. Cheveruse looks sick asf but I think Raiden will be someone I pull later down the line, and hopefully Cheveruse comes back on a banner im naturally pulling on!
I also pulled to try and get Chevreuse while building pity but I got luckily unlucky. C1 Raiden the queen showed up out of nowhere at 30 pity. I'm so glad I wasn't on a guaranteed roll but still, she reset my pity that I'm saving for big daddy Arlecchino. Managed to get Chevreuse shortly after but still hurts just a bit

Lost basically max pity 50/50 and basically max pity to get Raiden, cost me everything lol but got C5 Chev, just gonna try got C6 these next 3 weeks now.
I'm goofing off with a lvl 60 Chevreuse (C0), lvl 60 Dori (C6), lvl 85 Dehya (C1), and lvl 89 Yae Miko (C3).
...It's surprisingly fun and strong.
I'm aiming to build Chevy EM/Crit with enough HP sub stats to get her to around 20-25k HP, then give her Staff of Scarlet sands to give her some attack for her EM.
Team wise, C6 Bennet, Kuki with Full EM TF set, and Fischl with Elegy.
I may even stack EM on Fischl depending on how many overloads she causes in practice but I'm thinking Chevy/Kuki will be the main reactors thanks to my C6 Bennet's pyro infusion, with fischl mostly keeping electro applied since she won't get the pyro infusion from bennet being a bow character. If the timing goes off wrong though Fischl may start reacting too much and warrant the full EM treatment too.
Yeah, she feels so good. Actually, if you build her with some crit value + HP, she still deals decent amount of damage. Her numbers on skills are great
I am just salty that Chevruse only gives that bonus if ALL units are pyro and electro, which means she will not work with Furina, and for a healer that is just such a bummer... 😫😫😫😫
Sitting at c5 sara for over a year and just tried to get one last copy. 60 wishes later, 4 bennetts 2 cheuvrese and a jean🙃
Tl;DR don't wish on a banner if there is only 1 Unit you want on it.
I heard from a famous theorycrafter that she's meh until C6. Honestly, its not that surprising but who cares. There's no reason to minmax characters when there's no endgame anyway. Just play the units and enjoy
I really don't understand why videos about new Genshin characters and what they are able to do with their kit still exist now. Don't get me wrong, all of Mtasheds videos i saw about Genshin always were great and still are. But i took a break for like 14 months after Sumeru dropped, came back like 6 weeks ago and prepared myself to pull for Neuvillette when he reruns. Got everything for talents, the best artifacts on my account ever and all ascension materials, except weekly bosses. But now i'm just here and thinking about how pointless and boring this game feels and is. After over a year, there still isn't really anything exciting to do.
(If you are having fun with Genshin, i'm happy for you and i hope you continue to do so)
The quests are meh to boring, the time you need for daily stuff like commisions and resin takes too long (almost everything does tbh), exploration is alright, but feels tedious when you pretty much just walk around doing nothing besides pressing an attack button 3 times and then moving on, events feel like i'm losing braincells doing them, cause they are still just Mario Party minigames but worse and having fun with the combat is still only possible in the spiral abyss, which is the same old thing from 3 years before. The only interesting thing i did so far was Fontaines story quest and that was is it. Maybe the TCG is something to get invested in, but i doubt it is.
So if somebody really did read this, please tell me how the hell you are still able to play Genshin, when everything is insanely time consuming, boring and tedious to do, while getting or building new characters feels so damn pointless and worthless
I agree with what your saying especially how everything is so tedious. However characters keep me playing the game. Also new regions as well. Personally waiting for Nahida.
I agree with almost everything you wrote. But I'm still playing after 3 years without a break because trying out different teams and builds is fun.
I just don't play for long periods of time each day, usually 30 minutes or less. If people are new to the game, there's a lot to do. There's less stuff to do if you've been playing for a long time, and some of the quests are excruciatingly boring. It's still fun to try new teams and builds, though.
I find it sad you have to write out a giant paragraph like this, simply because you want other people to share in your misery. If you don't like something, don't play it. You find joy in hating things, which is sad. You should rather just tell us what made you type all that out instead. I'm pretty sure your motive is just malice.
Have you know that genshin devs already making huge QoL changes towards commission and domains. You can try it yourself

I'm just thinking Arlecchino is coming... with her and other two characters like Benny and Kuki (for example) could be another broken team. plus this new alchemy event weapon... who would you put in pyro electro team with?
most insane thing about her, is that shes is comparable TO KAZUHA in a hyper raiden team (in iwintolose's video his raiden did like 5k less dmg), like she just fully frees your kazuha if you like using hyper raiden, its just so silly

At c6 she is currently Raiden's best support. She actually surpasses c6 Kujo Sara or Kazuha. Raiden's highest dps teams use her now unless you have high con 5 stars on the team instead.

I did 60 pulls and got none. I can't risk anymore without possibility getting C3 Raiden. So unfortunately for me I gotta wait until she's on a banner for a character I'm trying to get
I managed to get my first raiden and c3 Chevreuse. So im good honestly. Saved 115 wishes without spending a dime this time around.
I'm done with this game, I can't get a five star bow, I missed aqua, elegy, and now TP. the weapon banner is thrash. at least in HSR the weapon banner is split. nobody uses my homa, I got my 2nd aquila favonia, and my Raiden is EM built. I'm done. The grind isn't rewarding it's painful.

Today was a good day for me. I used 386 wishes and got C2 Raiden, C6 Benny, C6 Chevrolet, C6 Sara, Thundering pulse, and EL. Just tested the Raiden, Benny, Xiangling, and Chevy team I'm so happy that I don't have to depend on hyperbloom anymore to 36 star.
you didn't activate c6 on bennett though, right?

@bepo1k Yes I did. He doesn't interrupt any of my teams. Right now I believe he messes only with Eula which besides asthetics I'm not really interested in.

Pulled her at work, and got her to 90, talent to lvl 9, burst to 6. Went 2piece/2piece hp/hp set and went hp sands, hp goblet, healing bonus hat. Threw a skyward spine on her just because i dont have a third favonius leveled up. She is sitting at 43k hp. Now i just need to figure out what team i want to run her on.
Yeah, Chevy is literally a VV and double Noblesse for overload teams at the same time and you can even put noblesse on her making triple :D She is legit on the level of Gorou and he is what made the mono geo team possible! Also fun fact people don't even need to google the Raiden national team (or Rational as some call it). They literally made it Raiden's test team!
Role consolidation of buffer and healer makes her pretty good. She can also be built for quickswap dps at c4 since she can pop off her skills in quick succession. The Raiden, Chevy, Xiangling, Bennett team is likely stronger than Raiden, Jean, Yelan, Furina team.
It may have higher damage but it does proc a lot of overload and it is circle impact so not very good in AoE but better against bosses.
yup potentially hundreds of pulls just to get cons for 4 star is accurate

i was pulling on this raiden banner to get raiden, and potentially cons for bennet and chev (my sara is already C6)
but for the last pull when i got raiden 6 other characters show up, and 4 of which is sara line bruh that could have been bennett or chev but nope you get C20 sara i guess (i got c1 chev tho pretty strong especially against tulpa LOL)
imagine those 4 stars on 10 wishes each and it just keeps repeating characters you no longer need cons for
Yoimiya wouldve been so good with her. Yoimiya + Fischl + Chevy would be so strong
Too bad Pulling for specific 4 stars is the worst part of Genshin

got C6 Chevreuse in 210 pulls. Got 2 more copies of Yoi, 2 of Ei and 1 one of Dehya on the way lul. Now Yoimiya is C3, Raiden C5, Dehya C1. Not even mad. Just hope i can get enough wishes for Clorinde/Arlechino now

Months? More like years. I haven't seen this good of a 4* since Yaoyao.
I got a copy after my very first pull, then got another four after 30+ pulls. I'm not guaranteed so I'll try to get her to c6, but if Raiden comes along with it, I'll gladly welcome her C3. I really like how characters were made lately especially her and Furina. As someone who had been playing for a long time, bringing up team comps (like requiring healing and using overloaded reaction) that I don't usually use brings variety and new experiences in playing the game.
4-stars dodging pulls is real guys... Feels bad man when you have like C12 of one of these characters, but still can't get the new one 😂
I rolled for Raiden and i git her to c3 and she's now a support for my boy razor as an electro battery :)
I got her after 50 pulls, so yeah, it's really risky.
Though I might pull more because my Raiden is C0, and I have plenty of wish in store (500+) So I can afford to go all out and get up to a 5 star twice and hope to get her C6

I got her C6, i went for raiden C3 and Yoimiya C3, no regrets i ended up enjoying Chevreuse's character. I will still get Xiao and possibly redhorn but if i don't have enough for red horn it's fine, i,ll wait until next itto re run after his next one.
