It reminded me of what happens in handball: as soon as traveling (or any other foul by the team in possession of the ball, for that matter) is called, the player holding the ball must place it in the ground immediately for the other team to pick up. Not doing that results in a 2-minute suspension.

Every one of these should have. even called. About 50% of these were. 1/2 of those were either someone falling or after 4-5 steps. Quite often, they're arguing.

As funny as 0:41 may look, it wasn’t a travel. If you watch closely he dribbles midway through, the step as he’s dribbling is his gather step (aka zero step). He then takes 2 steps and goes for the shot.
Under college/high school rules it would be a travel, but in the NBA it’s not, since the NBA allows for a gather step.
