I see lots of comments talking about people dying over this, maybe my electrical skills are not sub par with the rest but can someone explain to me how someone gets killed if you use proper globes, rubber soles, attach the jumper wires to the table, step away 20 feet and just turn on the power then via some sort of switch?

I was loving this up until the part where you show the wood burning. This is an insanely dangerous activity - you touch the metal on those leads or the table top and you’re gone. A lot of people have been killed or maimed for life doing this

Look up Lichtenberg machine. You can buy them or make one from an old microwave oven. Be very careful though! They operate on high voltage and more than a few have died from electrocution from these. Build in power switches that are out of reach of the work piece.

@@dollarstorequality I'm 46 years old and have worked with electricity in a few different capacities and am fully aware of the dangers surrounding it, as well as the safety measures to minimize the risk of working with it. Caution and care is certainly a good thing with something having this much potential for danger, but it doesn't answer my question. I asked about the proper solution to use for this kind of project. I feel like assuming one isn't mature enough or intelligent enough to recreate something is kind of insulting when you know nothing about that person. What I do not know is the correct combination of water and baking soda for this particular application to be properly executed. "Stop being and acting like a child"?
