Oh hey I also got the VTS Sekiro. I'm currently waiting for Ghost so it's nice to see what I'd be getting. Seems just like the Sekiro release, VTS is really good at putting in all the details, though not necessarily all that accurate lol. Those straps scares me. All in all it looks nice enough for display (especially the deluxe version with the base) but if anyone is a stickler for accuracy they'd feel a bit annoyed with the misdetails. (Me. I would be a bit annoyed).
You have a keen eye for details is all, like a ninja 😉 You know how sometimes you drop a small item on the floor and it mysteriously disappears forever? That almost happened to me when one of the shoulder pieces fell off, so keep a lookout~~ For some reason, I'm just not feeling the VTS Sekiro. It's got a lot going for it, but something about the size and proportions just didn't sit well with me 😕

I was just thinking that the VTS Cloud is far from one of my favs yet it ironically has the most screen time on this channel...so I should make a running joke where he's the figure of the year...EVERY YEAR. But yeah I'm gonna try to squeeze him in every size comparison just to see if it'll catch on 🤣
My god... It's everything I ever hoped for! As a fan of the game I absolutely love it! The accessories and sculpting I love it! I'll be sure to get it!
Definitely worth consider getting~~ I can't believe VTS went so far out of their way to make the armor so authentic. I don't know how many fans of the game are also 1/6 scale figure enthusiasts, but they really delivered for this niche of a market. As always, thank you so much for watching!!

Other than the fact that this looks great, it should also come with a warning label that it's really for patient and seasoned collectors. A pity really. Many different design choice could've been made for a more accessible figure 😔

Using the patented "touch of coldness", I'm fairly certain the blade is made of metal (handle and hand guard are plastic). If the swords were indeed made with plastic, then VTS really went out of their way to disguise it as metal (which I think is unlikely). Hope that helps~
Unfortunately I don't have anything specific. And because the figure didn't come with instruction manuals, I had to untie the ropes slowly and took videos along the way. I actually have two Jin's for this review and the strange thing is, none of the knots were done exactly the same...I guess they're really made by hand from a team of people. Anyways, I've taken a pic of how one of mine is done. It looks like a simple knot with the excess just being twirled away there. It's not much but hopefully it'll help. i.imgur.com/W1UqiDWh.jpg

I wish it had an alternative head without the headband. I pretty much never wore mine
I originally thought it would be a lot better if the alternative head had the mask sculpted in or pre-installed. But I like your idea a lot more 😆

Some say the weapons/swords are diecast and some say its plastic ... I am not sure what to believe :) Can you confirm, please?
