Meno regyklą pastatė vietiniai amatininkai- staliai broliai Vytautas ir Romas Valiukevičiai ir Violetos Valiukevičienės įmonė, vadovaujami norvegų architektų komandos „ Biotope“ bei jų vadovo Tormod Amundsen. Darnus vietinių meistrų kolektyvas dalyvauja jau ne pirmame VšĮ Kintai Arts vykdomame projekte ir visada pasižymi puikia darbų kokybe bei savalaikiu darbų atlikimu. Projektą „Kultūros skūnė“ vykdo VšĮ Kintai Arts.

A short clip about Art Observatory, a birds watching tower built on the shore of the Curonian Lagoon, where you can see and hear the never-ending life of wildlife and get a close-up view of the autumn and spring bird migrations.
We invite you to meet the initiators of the Art Observatory and admire the spectacular nature that surrounds the it!
The Observatory is another step towards the implementation of the project "Cultural Barn", funded by the EEA Grants.
The tower was built by local craftsmen - carpenters brothers Vytautas and Romas Valiukevičiai, overall construction led by the Norwegian architectural team "Biotope" and their manager Tormod Amundsen. The cohesive team of local craftsmen has been involved in more than one project carried out by Kintai Arts and has always been characterised by the excellent quality of the work and the timely completion of the work.
