Janay's legs are so long that Sinead intercepts her every time she throws a kick. She should focus on long-range kicks like side kicks and front kicks instead of those step-up roundhouse kicks that get her hit every time she throws one.

Janay does a great job of moving her defense hand to the opposite side of her face when throwing a punch with her other hand so that she is less predictable and less easily countered. Despite Sinead's boxing experience, Janay has the better striking, especially including those elbows. Well done.
keep working those elbows, she has really improved in the fights I have seen.
If harding can get more explosive, she'd own most of her opponents. Shes tough! Can take a hit too! Good fighter

work sending Sinéad out with blood still running frm the cut, Too much dabbing his Q-tip with his medicine on and off the cut without continued pressure and no quick-aid which is a far better medicine for stopping lacerations then adrenaline 1-1000,He could have used if he had it, he never even sealed in the cut with Vaseline before sending her back out, painful to watch 🤔

Slow motion kicks, sloppily thrown, and one twos...
Slow mo kicks true but watch the hips on the recovery. Pretty decent dexterity & if Janay used a front kick more she'd get hit less & could start throwing a wider variety of kicks.
that cut isn't bad at all, pressure it for the full break then stick a big glob of Vaseline on it to start the round and it would have been fine. I've never seen a fight stopped for such a small cut, not even bleeding that much

Exactly It was bad Cutman work he was sending her back out with blood still running frm it without sealing in the cut with Vaseline, no pressure, kept looking at the cut and dabbing his 1-to 1000 adrenaline Q-Tip on and off the cut like you said pressure,use every second you can to wipe clean,apply your medicine with pressure and that fight could have easily went on, bery annoying 🤨👍
