Welcome to chocolate city. Used to be an awesome place to live. There were laws here that people were required to follow or else you were arrested and sentenced. If you had a mental problem, there decent facilities to take care of them, too. Now, the leaders are all putting the money in their pockets and living high on their new plantations.

What? New Orleans has one of the highest incarceration rates in the country, the problem isn’t getting arrests it’s fixing the socioeconomic conditions that leads to crime which descend from years of discrimination and economic warfare throughout the city.
