  • On June 25th, we held an open morning in our new showroom, at our head office in Bristol. We had our experts on hand to help give advice about our customers' upcoming projects and provide more information on how infrared heating works. After the resounding response to their video testimonial a few months back, Chris and Catherine Stonehewer-Newbold kindly agreed to return for a video call to give some more background and information about their whole house Herschel heating solution. They discuss their previous heating solution, alternative solutions to infrared that were considered, the benefits they've found from installing Herschel Infrared heating, a breakdown of the running costs and how they've linked their Herschel Infrared panels to solar power and a battery storage energy source. Chris and Catherine also took questions from our customers and helped them to better understand why Herschel Infrared works as an efficient, highly practical solution for homes and for the environment. Thanks again to Chris and Catherine.

Wow, how expensive our air source heat pumps, if a large solar + battery system was cheaper?!?

Does the infrared heating have an effect on indoor plants?
I live in a flat and it is not fully insulated which unfortunately is not remediable. We are considering infrared as we are looking to replace our old boiler and the heating properties of not heating the air but the inhabitants.

Hi, just wondering about the issues on Grade 2 listed properties and this type in installation, with or without the Solars.... our parents are in this type of property and are not on the grid for Gas, so an oil tank.....it's lovely yes as you say but the costs and the efficiency is crazy.

Hi. We would be more than happy to have a look at the property and assess the heating requirements for your parents. We have never had any issues on installation with listed properties. We are sure infrared would be a great solution for you so please let us know if you would like further assistance from our team.
