Where do locals eat in Bellevue? Here, I share our favorite Asian restaurants- don’t worry, this is only part 1! We will start with Yunnan ‘over the bridge rice noodles’, to xiao long bao, to Chinese style fried chicken. Hope you enjoy this one :)

I've been to XCJ- it was great! Thanks for the other recommendations, I will check them out. I love noodle soup, especially spicy

Let me know how you like them :) The Ten Second Yunnan has good spicy noodle- great flavor, yet very tolerable/drinkable. More spicy at Dough Zone (esp the mala noodle) and So Tasty (choose the mala soup pot)!
