Defo it has, you look amazing! Yeah...I was strrrrruggling through my workouts last week and wondering why and then I was like, duh, you have about half the caloric energy to expend because of eating so much less doofus! 😃

I love WSLF. It's a healthy way to eat and I never feel deprived. I lost about 10 pounds in a month and now continue to eat this way because I love it. Mr. and Mrs. Vegan created it and it's based on Dr. McDougall's book The Starch Solution. It's a great book! Love your videos!

there are sunscreens in glass and metal pump bottles :) also lush has a sunscreen bar, but it comes with some foil around it i think, but still better than a plastic bottle

Have been thinking more about low-impact and fitness - would be great to see an updated video of your pre-gym and post-gym routines.
Also been thinking about how to reduce my exposure to plastic whilst at the gym, particularly the gym clothing that we wear. Wonder if you've been having similar thoughts.

So far I haven't found any good alternatives so have minimised my make up to 3 items so at least I am creating far less waste, and all of which are vegan and cruelty free!

This was great! Tips are helpful but I find it really good to see how a normal day is as well. I was wondering how many calories you usually eat since I'm also a training vegan :p And do you think extra about getting certain minerals? I'd be interesting seeing a What I eat with cronometer but I understand if you find it problematic cause it can promote calorie restriction and over obsessing. Thank you for speading the messsage that veganism and zero waste is possible :)
I never track them I just go on how I feel but I can do a video tracking things if you want? I don't think mine would promote calorie restriction as I eat a lot... I have to! Thanks for you comment

I'm trying to convince myself that smoothies are good. it seems like so many of the super healthy ones have dark leafy greens in them, of which I'm not a huge fan. are there any recipes you can share with me that might convince me to give smoothies a chance? 🤣 the random times I buy smoothies, I get all fruit ones which, with all the sugar, aren't very healthy I'm sure. thank you for your very educational videos; i always look forward to seeing more. your zero waste living techniques seem to be the most sustainable of any of the videos I've seen on CZcams. keep up the great work!!
Hey Samantha! Thanks for your comment - and yes I agree dark leafy greens can take a while to get used to but now that I have been incorporating them into my daily eating habits I am starting to really enjoy them. I find that spinach and kale are easy to mask the taste of in smoothies if you are using super ripe fruit! The more you eat them the more you will become accustomed to their taste and hopefully soon will enjoy them!

I just found a local brand (PLANTIful) that makes sunscreen in amber glass jar. So far it seems good and as you said I wouldn't compromise either on my health just to be 'zero waste'

I just turned 18 and I'm currently struggling with orthorexia. How do you deal with oil, and how do you know how much of what types of food to eat? I never know what to have as a snack. How much is too much fruit? What is the ratio of everything that I should have?
I don't avoid any foods (except animal products of course) I think limiting yourself or cutting foods out is not healthy for our bodies or our minds. We just need to eat what our bodies are craving and work on not feeling guilty if we eat foods that aren't the BEST for us. I don't use oil when cooking at home but I don't avoid it, especially if i'm eating out or if someone has made me a meal, or in fact if I just fancy using it. I always go by this, if I am hungry and want a snack I think about what my body is craving. So if I really want something sweet I will eat fruit, salty i'll have humous on toast or something (even if it has oil). Life is too short to worry too much about what is right and wrong to eat, you are a beautiful young woman who can do whatever they want - try and focus on what makes you happy
Aha, on WSLF i still deck out my oatmeal, just trying to share how WSLF doesn't have to be bland but of course you can do whatever you like :)
haha its not that I love it bland its that I am SO LAZY haha and really don't care what it tastes like, I am now so used it I have started to like it lol

I do !! It just depends if I have been organised enough to soak beans!! Also fruit I go through phases, but I try to eat way more veggies than fruit!
Great job on this vid. Im also a vegan since last October 2019, and I also do intermittent fasting on top of being vegan, I eat on a 4hour window, I train twice a day, 5 days a week and i feel great! Keep up the great job!
