Yes very tough. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Thank you and your mom so much for this informative video! I enjoyed watching the process of making the mashawa. Never knew the process but grandma always says there is so much time and effort that goes in making mashawa.
Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching. Bless the people who make this; it is really not easy.
It's so sweet of you to share something that's like a family heirloom with us. Will make sure to try this recipe out, it's so tempting!
You've always got a home in India. If there's ever anything I can do for you, please do not hesitate to let me know!

Hahahaha yep! We need to keep it alive and get this onto the Unesco Intangibles list :-)
In south India, we make chutney , pickle, fry and curry out of dried fish. Dried Anchovy is the best for chutney. ❤
One of the most delicious foods specially if its made by Auntie Sorayya😍
Awwwww thank you so much. Very kind.
Very good video brother 👍 Nobody can beat a mom's recipe. The spices are same as mango achaar we make at our home. Except 2 missing ingredients. 😊 My namaste to your Mother 🙏.
Thank you so much. Much appreciated. Oh that's so cool, those spices probably all came from India, so I understand the similarity.
Your mom is so pretty, you look just like her ❤
Thank you. So kind of you.
I once saw a documentary in which they showed how woschtshire sauce was made and this process is somewhat similar atlest the months of fermentation of fish in that case it was 6 months to a year in big barrels. only thing different is Indian spices that are added to this. your sister explained it very well.
Wow amazing! Thanks for sharing.

Wow, i like this spice store. My favorite one whenever i visit Dubai is Bahart Food House, Al Fahidi st., near to Al Ustad Kebab. But next time ill visit this one as well. Unfortunately, not so easy to get anchovyes here, so i can try to make this sauce. 🤣 Greetings from Serbia.
Wow, greetings! Cant wait to visit Serbia one day. Thanks for watching. Hope you get to make it.
