That dessert was simple. Just melt chocolate in double boiler ( baine marie) , add crushed pretzel 🥨 or any nuts & spread it on a silicone mat. Once that bark is cooled, break into pieces. 😊

Karahi looks good. I want to try on week end. How much yoghurt? Can you make with 1kg boneless chicken with same measurement?
Yes, you can.
If you want it mild, add 3/4 cup of yogurt. I added 1/2 cup.
Tbh it tastes better in chicken with bone.
If taking boneless, I would prefer thigh meat. 😊

25 log ke liye kitni kg mutton aur rice chaiye biryani ke liye
Depends.
Dome people like more rice less meat or vice versa.
If only biryani, then you might need atleast 6 kg biryani.
Again meat & rice proportion is on your choice. You can keep it equal or 1/2-1/2
I would take 4-5 kg meat with 4 kg rice if only Biryani is in the menu.
But if you have other gravies & curries, then 3kg would be sufficient. Insha’Allah
