- Natalie Portman and Lily-Rose Depp play sisters who can speak to the dead in “Planetarium.”
The duo dropped by the Variety Studio presented by airbnb to discuss the drama, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival, and working with director Rebecca Zlotowski.
“This is the first time I’ve made a feature with a female director in 25 years of working, apart from short films,” Portman said. “I don’t think anything’s different. I think every director is different and every director has their very unique way of working and their very unique vision.”
“I just think that there is clearly lack of opportunity for women, particularly in the United States, but hopefully things are changing because you’ve have the majority of your experiences with female directors,” she said about Depp.

Lily and Natalie aren’t related either, they’re sisters in the movie but that’s it. Their not even from the same country, Lily was born in France and Natalie was born in Israel. However they are both American citizens.

I have a niece who is very obese and recently had a pace maker installed. She continues to over eat and I fear that someday she will die and leave her three young girls motherless. Fats Life Still think it must be way harder being overweight than too thin though. Being too heavy, makes it hard for you to do anything, as you will get tired quick, plus you can’t wear any clothes and look good. You will feel bad and ashamed about your body etc all the time, which Will affect for motivation. Its not Easy man.

I was very skinny as a teenager and constantly felt the need to eat more around my friends just to assure them that I was not anorexic. Skinny-shaming, although it is not as "severe" as fat-shaming, is a thing that needs to be addressed.

I think Natalie's mom would go with her to set when she was young. I remember hearing about how Natalies mom would confuse her and Kiera Knightly her stunt double on starwars. I obv don't know if she was always there. But I think it helps shield you from the pedos when your parents are around.

Looking back now, its insane how unhealthy Lily looked. She clearly was underweight from an eating disorder and its wild that adults were marketing her as the latest It girl model, and that her body was just "goals" and young girls like me thought it was normal and healthy to look like her. Got me thinking "oh shes just skinny, but she looks healthy and pretty. I love her model body. She makes everything look cool" like damn

She never was…look carefully at her bone structure…women have such wide hips, women naturally have more fat than men, women do not have shoulders like hers where you can clearly see that hers are going straight and there is a bone that sticks out which is not normal. Notice her back also when she is sitting down hugging Natalie Portman…women have curved backs for crying out loud, there is no obvious curve in hers! She is coming across as the so called ‘Women’ you see on Victorias Secret! When really they are not…what I’m trying to say is that they are inverted from a very young age and are actually men. Same with Natalie Portman. This is what they try to do to us REAL women…make us feel inadequate, make us long for this sort of ‘perfect’ body when there is nothing at all healthy or perfect about it and is in fact incredibly dangerous to our health! We will never achieve a body like that because they are actually, MEN. And this is the sick, twisted mind crap they like to do on us…they are trying to make us women ill and hope we have a short life. Please try to understand what I’m saying here…I was blind to all this for soo long but not anymore. There are quite a number of channels revealing these celebrity transgenders.
Also, look carefully at a male skeleton and a females skeleton. It does not lie and everything becomes clearer!
