All you need to do is develop a interesting story, character, and drawing and pitch the idea to DC before someone steals the idea. Just saying all great characters started with concepts like this one

@@narkreean6490 I think the best one for this would be Harley Quinn. After she gets away from Joker, she gets the ring in order to find her purpose. After you find a purpose in life, you receive a huge power boost from the ring. However if you just blindly follow someone, the ring won't respond.

@@eduardopantoja9115 Green Lanterns are the ones who go out and fight the enemy in order to bring order to the universe. Blue Lanterns stay with the people and give them hope that things will get better. In that sense, will and hope are different.

@@eduardopantoja9115 In short, hope can reinforce ones willpower. It's like the difference between "You can do it!" (hope) and "I _will_ do it!" (willpower).
When it comes to the Lanterns, Blue Lanterns have an advantage over Red Lanterns, as hope can overcome anger. However, a strong enough Yellow Lantern can use fear to shatter hope. Blue Lanterns can also supercharge Green Lantern constructs.
On their own, a Blue Lantern isn't very impressive, but when fighting alongside a Green Lantern, both gain an incredible boost of power. They're the ultimate support players.
I understand so green lanterns (will) basically believe in yourself while blue lanterns(will) believe in others.

They were in two separate events and neither possessed the ring for very long. Scarecrow lost his to Orange Lantern Luthor and I believe Batman rejected his after he had no more use for it.

Pretty sure if hulk became a red lantern. Literally no one could stop him and here's why.
His strength is powered by rage which is what red lantern is controlled by. But also hulk power comes from the gamma radiation around him WHICH HE RELEASES THE ANGRIER HE GETS. So he would get madder meaning he becomes stronger with the red lantern, and the gamma would in turn make him stronger, which would then fuel his anger, fueling red, fueling gamma, fueling anger, fueling red, fueling gamma, fueling anger... and so on.
I think of the Yellow Lantern Corps is a perfect fit for Kyle Rayner!!!!!
