I’m also from southern ca and moved to dfw area about 4 years ago. The weather here is crazy. You have SAD…seasonal affective disorder. I have it too but I got a “happy light” that helps.

Great video guys, loved dads cooking, Kenzie’s hair looks lovely, Diddi I have the sad syndrome too when it’s dark and gloomy out, I burn lots of candles and use fairy lights around my home so always got light, love to you all and the fur babies ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hello loving family, another great vlog, I love Halloween, that pasta looked amazing spooky and not so appetizing so it worked🎃. Kenzie’s hair looks beautiful she is such a happy girl. Poor Copper it’s very painful to expressed her glands, my Golden retriever had it too, I hope Copper is feeling better now. The pumpkins looked great and I also think Kenzie won, so creative. It’s raining here too I love it when I’m inside, but don’t like it when I’m outside. When Stephen said I’m going to scare dad and the said Boo, hilarious🎃I love seeing Kenzie playing volleyball she is soooo good. Copper Winnie and Kittie are adorable together, love them. You might want to try a sunlight therapy lamp. We use them here in Oregon because we have gloomy winters usually. It’s like sunshine in your house! 🌞

I feel you with the winter depression 😢❄️. Not getting any sun also makes me sad, but where I live (northern Germany) I feel like we are practically getting no sun between November and April 😅😂🙈🙈🙈😢.

I love Dad's Kitchen, but that pasta was the thing of nightmares for me. My Mom would color my food on St. Patrick's Day, and now I have a very weird thing about food color matching flavor. Your gloomy issue sounds like Seasonal Affective Disorder. I used to struggle with that. What helped me was still doing as many fun activities as I would do on a sunny day. Obviously not everything can be done, but going on nature walks and doing fun activities/celebrations in spite of the gloom really helps me find beauty in the gloom. Everyone is different though, but I hope this helps! You all help me feel better on my down days ❤, so it's the least I can do!
