Is that normal Evri not sending you Pin or code number by email? I received confirmation on my Evri courier saying my parcel been delivered at my chosen locker but the courier didn’t send me email with QR code or six character number. I chose to use lockers because of my previous parcel had been stolen after been left in unsafe place open to public without my knowledge or consent. This is my first time to use their locker. I normally use Amazon locker which it is so fantastic and no problems whereas Evri locker I have to use them because of international orders I purchased.
@@mariamadej1177 Hi Maria, I called the inpost locker customer service and they were able in one second to track my package... Unfortunately for me the parcel had never been delivered to the locker (even if Evri said it was) and it's been returned straight to the shop I made the purchase on (House of Fraser). I then contacted House of Fraser customer service and they reimbursed me. I'm sorry this happened to you, I don't think you'll see your parcel anytime soon
