When you go to buy something hold on for 24 hours to 48 hours and say do I really need that. Is it worth my time and energy well they just sit around and collect dust. Oh and I remember in my 20s and 30s and 40s where's the time go memories. The one thing that sticks out the most Ruthie how come you never come out to eat with us I would bring my lunch from home but at the end of week I would have money and they would be broke. And remember one thing tomorrow never comes it's always today because when you go to sleep and you get up it's always today there's no such thing as tomorrow. So don't put off what you can do today because it will always be today because there's no such thing as tomorrow.

FINALLY! Someone said it. Stop being lazy! If you’re the person laid off, look at your work ethic, dependability, and effort! Your friends CAN and DO contribute strongly to your success or failure, so lose the victims and complainers. Truth is becoming rarer every day in our society, and people are flocking to those who are telling them “it’s not your fault, you’re a victim!” That’s pure weakness. Even truthfully being victimized, if that’s happened, doesn’t mean you need to live in it. That’s victimizing yourself.
Consistent behavior over time, good or bad, will dictate who you are and what you accomplish. Don’t accept weakness in yourself. Every day, get a little better.

This video is great for people living in anglophone countries where you an change your life/career at any age but there are many countries in the world where any change is seen as failure and once you hit 40 employment gets harder and harder. Additionally taxes can be so high in some countries , or administration so long and complicated that being an entrepreneur is not something you can live off so you have to have an additional employed job to keep you on the social security and retirement systems. Reality is much more complicated than this video!, it’s very hard turning dreams into reality that you make money from - don’t be fooled. There is so much they don’t mention that it renders this video too fantasy like. You have to be aware of the political, business and economic context in which you live. Success is in the right management of all the tiny details and above all never forget the importance of cash flow. This is the number one reason companies fail - it’s not about thinking success - it’s about building the system that holds you up and helps you and about being in a country that supports personal entrepreneurship.

I dont know how much weight you will give this, but learn to practice the art of gratitude.
Be thankful for all you have in life and all you have worked for, and know it can all be taken away. Help others get what they want as well. They will be grateful to you, and in turn pass it on to yet another.
    And one more thing.
Grow the mindset that money does not equal happiness. If it did, then how do you explain millionaires who are unhappy, and poor who arent?
Your level of personal satisfaction and contentment has nothing to do with the amount of materialism you accumulate.

Minus that where I'm from, you can get magical money with loans and stuff or like me for being a corpse, I think you have to be disciplined, goal-oriented, talented, intelligent, wise, and aware of the world, and in a position of society where you have protection. I guess this video is good advice for people who need to become responsible though and stop bad habits though.

The low spending percentage compared to what you earn is your wealth indicator
Try to reduce this percentage by 1% every month, first by spending less, secondly by earning more ;)

Some people are so poor that they can't impulse buy. It might prevent them from spending their gas money on something different, but doesn't make them richer. If you settle for what you are worth, then the company will hire someone else. This advice is the rich talking down to the poor. I know rich lazy people, if they weren't sitting on a pile of money, they would be worthless.

Great video! You write timestamps like "(0:53) Stop Impulse Buying" when you should write them just like "00:53 Stop Impulse Buying"
If you write them the 2nd way, CZcams will apply that to your timeline breaking up the video into "chapters."
It improves your metadata for the algorithm and helps users have a better viewing experience. Cheers :)
