Fun fact: Iggy Pop composed this song in 1977 - in Berlin, where he was meeting David Bowie. A nomadic anthem, the lyrics are inspired by Iggy's trips aboard Bowie's car or in the subway, as well as some verses by Jim Morrison.

This timeless song has gone down in the history of music just like its composer.
For many people (like me) it has become the soundtrack of their life.
It's definitely Iggy's best song and one of the best songs ever.

Dived into the moshpit, invited some of audience on stage ( to the horror of security gorillas no doubt). He still rocked. Audience aged b/w teens to greying babyboomers like me. My ears still ringing couple days later. Worth every decibel.

Wow. I've never seen Iggy young like this. Or wearing a shirt! Lol. I was 16 when this came out I guess. 1977? Hadn't heard of him at all. Not really know much about him now. My oldest grandson does I'll bet. He's in college but he's always liked older stuff. More his grandma's music you know?🤩 Thing is I listen to almost everything now so I can talk to them about some of their faves too. Thanks for the vid! Be safe.🤘🙏😷
