Just discovered these walkabout videos and I'm hooked watching them, superb content. Been a few years since I've visited Tenerife.. sitting here watching them with my sun cream on😄

First ent to la calleta in 1982 there was only the bar at the very bottom and the fish restaurant now go to Rossi great food

My daughter Timi lives not far from there.
I use to live los cristianos.
My daughter lived there around 29 years with her mother Michelle..
Did visit there but wouldn’t like to stay there, too quiet for us, thanks for sharing, we walked there & got the bus back to Adeje xxx

It would be funny if your neighbour painted their house pink in the uk , you would think they’d lost their marbles but they look fantastic in Tenerife, lovely blue sky like ours today but only 4 degrees here, La Caleta is a nice little place

My wife and I have done that walk many times, would recommend the restaurants to anyone that goes their. Thanks for posting bought back some great memories.

Went there on the bus from Adeje a couple of years ago, didn't see any of that except the sea view, looks like we missed loads. We thought it was a one horse town and got a bus to Los Chris instead!! Seen other vlogs since and realised we should have gone exploring
easy to miss Les it was a wee bit bigger than I expected and I could have walked further along the coast towards costa adeje but like yourself I got bus back to Los Cris.

La Caleta is a beautiful village & we are in Restaurant 88 twice which is a fabulous Oriental fusion restaurant We would highly recommend it

Lovely village but I can’t say I would like to stay there. We walk from Los Cris have a nice fish lunch then get the bus back. Our favourite is Masia del Mar. Take care.

Took mother to that place in your thumbnail la caleta.,shocking exspencive tourist trap great views though.years ago loads of locals in there.No more locals go in for that reason

It's a lovely place ! Great property's ( the dearest in Tenerefe ) Great restaurants and the hotel is kinda special .

lol I got bus back, be careful there is a few stops that the bus doesnt come to at all, 2 english ladies kindly told me to wait outside the Iberostar hotel where the bus takes you to los cris, costa adeje etc..

Caleta really nice and quiet. The big hotel on the hill is the Royal Hideaway!!! Millionaires hotel!!! Check it out on jet2 site and dream!!!!!! BUT do some offers in winter👍👍 Caleta the village that Tenerife forgot!! Brilliant day out and walk. Cheers Kev!!👍

Hi Kev.I.N I gotta agree la caletta would suit me for a week or so. As I said on your previous walk in L. C checking on Idealister property it's deffo Not cheap and not many properties come on the market in the 'old part' of LC most are in the new builds up on the hills. We'll enough of my daydreams 😎. We should have flown today but put holiday back yo later . Hoping all good to go, made decision as my Mrs her mums carer n could chance.....looks as though we would have been OK. Disappointed but look forward to later in year 👍😎
