I've been using Illustrator for 34 years and just discovered this channel. After going through 4 videos, I had to bookmark them all because they were full of tips that I never knew. I fully endorse Dansky as a legit Illustrator instructor.
There is a setting somewhere that moves locked and hidden objects with the artboards. I think it’s on the control bar when you have the artboard tool selected. If you have that setting on, you don’t have to unlock or show invisible artwork. When you rearrange artboards everything on the artboard moves no matter what.
You always seem to choose stuff that I typically have problems with..like curves on lines. Thanks again. You are a brilliant teacher!

Use the repeat tool to do a radial repeating pattern. Much faster and editable.
The Repeat > Radial feature would be ideal, if you could hold 'Shift' to snap objects vertically or horizontally. You can double-click to go inside the Radial Group and adjust the position of the original object holding 'Shift' so that all lines of the snowflake meet in the center. This workaround does unfortunately add these extra steps, but yes it will keep things fully editable 👍
