- Panchakarma ek ancient Ayurvedic treatment method hai jo hamari body, man aur soul ko sahi rakhne mein help karta hai. Is video Dr Shilpa apko Panchakarma ke bare mein janakari dengi.
Panchakarma word sanskriti se liya gaya hai, jahan 'Pancha' paanch aur 'Karma' karma ya kriya hota hai hai, matlab ki Paanch Sodhan Kriya's. Yeh paanch main kriyayein hai jo body ko detoxify karte hai. Ismein Vamana (vomiting), Virechana (purgation), Basti (enema), Nasya (nasal therapy), aur Shirudhara shaamil hai.
Is video mein Dr Shilpa apko batayenge ki Panchakarma kaise kaam karta hai aur iske kya benefits hai. Kese Panchakarma se hamare body ke toxins ko bahar nikalte hai, jisse body ki state sudharti hai aur wo disease free hoti hai. Agar aapko kisi bimari ka samna karna pad raha hai jaise ki digestion problem, stress, insomnia, ya vajan samasya, toh Panchakarma aapke liye bahut upyogi ho sakta hai. Isse aapke body mein sara toxin elements bahar nikal jayenge aur aap healthy jeevan jeene lagenge.
Toh agar aap Panchakarma ke baare mein adhik jankari lena chahte hai aur apne body, man aur soul ko healthy rakhna chahte hai, toh is video ko zarur dekhein. Panchakarma aapki zindagi mein ek naya mod ban sakta hai.
