unpopular opinion but somehow I liked Alis a bit more unprofessional Vlogs where he was filming everything by himself more than these high quality vlogs. Don't get me wrong I still enjoy watching them but there is less of this personal connection now.

Love the Vlogs! One thing that helps me be more playful throughout my workday, is to remember to laugh. This may be a simple as watching a funny TikTok video, or sharing a meme to a friend. “Look for the laugh” throughout your day.

Hi Ali, thank you for the vlogs! One way in which I try to make myself take a playful attitude with my job as a sports trainer (and I work mainly with kids) is remembering that they will learn more and try harder if they have fun, even if it's "serious" fun. So, if I want to create tasks in which they have fun, I have to have the correct mindset when I prepare them (and obviously when I execute them)

One thing is remembering to take breaks in your worklife. It can be stressful but find fun things you enjoy to do, mines playing the flute & saxophone. Or even putting a banger playlist whilst multitasking 😄 You’ll find your groove Ali 😊
