Everyone has times where the pain is unbearable, but I like to believe that the world is so horrible. There's so much pain and suffering, so the pain is divided to the strongest people. My most recent one was about a month and a half ago I have been going to support groups talking to people to know that I’m not alone you be surprised how many women and men walk around with a smile on their face they look so happy and deep down inside they’re really not they’re suicidal or they’re going through something, that’s why people say “ don’t judge a book by its cover” all in all, just know that we are all together try journaling I know it sounds cheesy, but it really does help. Of course they are. We live in a world that wants us to repress everything, which keeps us held hostage. We are a society who is scared of our feelings because we were never shown how to manage them properly. Some of us hit mental rock bottom because of it and then we learn that true freedom is learning to do that deep inner work to figure out who we really are and to learn how to feel our feelings and allow them to pass through us, instead of shoving them down. People who talk about their mental health issues are the bravest people I know. Vulnerability and honesty is a beautiful thing. To everyone struggling, I hope you know just how amazing you are. You can get through this! You will come out on the other side stronger and more resilient. I believe in you! 💙

Make me feel like the horses are in the same boat. Taken from the wild and separated from their herd. Earning their trust is just an awesome feeling. Take care mate!

Unfortunately there are many reasons people may hit that dislike button. They may deal with many that self harm for attention only, no hiding behind it. Just think it's funny, but it isn't. It's a war that can go wrong so quickly for just a temporary strong emotion that will pass. Many don't witness the true war. Only the ones that flash it around like a game. Ones that disliked it could be the girl that tried to talk a friend out of suicide and failed. Not to their own fault. They were there for them, but a person can only do so much for another if someone's mind is set up. Never hold that blame. Talking could have helped but the second the friend turned around and saw or heard the wrong thing was the tipping point that one will never know. Some may have disliked it because this could have been happening in their own child's head and happening to their own child's body and they never even knew it before seeing it too late. They're angry. They're hurt. They have the right to be. These are sad sad truths but so much is kept inside of us all because we believe all these feelings are so wrong and so out of order and we can't explain them. They don't make sense in our own heads, so who in the world would ever understand them? A lot more than you think will understand them. Many will even understand the silence.
I tell myself my pain is temporary I was abused for 11 years I got out when I was 17 and I’m 24 fighting the trauma idk why but I just keep fighting and believe my pain will end and I’ll be happy

Of course they are. We live in a world that wants us to repress everything, which keeps us held hostage. We are a society who is scared of our feelings because we were never shown how to manage them properly. Some of us hit mental rock bottom because of it and then we learn that true freedom is learning to do that deep inner work to figure out who we really are and to learn how to feel our feelings and allow them to pass through us, instead of shoving them down. People who talk about their mental health issues are the bravest people I know. Vulnerability and honesty is a beautiful thing.
To everyone struggling, I hope you know just how amazing you are. You can get through this! You will come out on the other side stronger and more resilient. I believe in you! 💙

Unfortunately there are many reasons people may hit that dislike button. They may deal with many that self harm for attention only, no hiding behind it. Just think it's funny, but it isn't. It's a war that can go wrong so quickly for just a temporary strong emotion that will pass. Many don't witness the true war. Only the ones that flash it around like a game. Ones that disliked it could be the girl that tried to talk a friend out of suicide and failed. Not to their own fault. They were there for them, but a person can only do so much for another if someone's mind is set up. Never hold that blame. Talking could have helped but the second the friend turned around and saw or heard the wrong thing was the tipping point that one will never know. Some may have disliked it because this could have been happening in their own child's head and happening to their own child's body and they never even knew it before seeing it too late. They're angry. They're hurt. They have the right to be. These are sad sad truths but so much is kept inside of us all because we believe all these feelings are so wrong and so out of order and we can't explain them. They don't make sense in our own heads, so who in the world would ever understand them? A lot more than you think will understand them. Many will even understand the silence.

Thank you so much, I fight mental illness everyday, first attempt I was 14,I'm now 40, and my last attempt was going to be tonight after I've sat here in the dark alone for hours crying until I decided it didn't ever want to wake up tomorrow morning, because when I do and I realize I am awake and alive and still feel this crushing weight on my chest I get so angry, so just angry I have cried and fight everyday to be what ppl want to wear that mask for them, and then sit here and I'm tired, just so tired... But I opened CZcams and this popped up first she started to pay and, I've never in my life gent seen or that it was OK for me to not be OK, and I'm not worthless and just an annoyance, a burden... This... Made me think maybe I can try, one more day at least... Thank you did at least that, giving me one more far more in my life....
