Looking back on this film I still think it’s one of Michael peñas best films, the way the film builds up to the twist still holds up really well, it’s a great story, great set pieces, and great action

I watched this movie last year and I always think about it. The twist is epic. We are living this.
I love stories where characters know what is going to happen before anyone else! Be it time travel or vision, its a cool concept i can't get enough of.

I see a lot of people here hating the script or the execution, but I loved this film. The plot twist makes this an original concept and that is absolute gold nowadays. You do not see an original movie often, hell, I would say they only come every few years or less. Definitely worth watching if only because of that. Michael Peña was good. My respect for him as an actor just went way up.

The synthetics rebeled against the humans, killed a bunch of humans, took over Earth and drove off the Humans off the Earth then take refuge in Mars. The "aliens" (humans) just wanted to take back the Earth and eradicate the creation they made.
Stone Cold - No, you're wrong. The humans made the AI and then started to massacre them - which led to the AI uprising, whereby humans were forced off-planet.
I thought the plot twist would just be him dreaming all along thank god it wasn't I would have been disappointed lol

i can relate to the story we have unfounded fears for our lives and often for the loved ones
One of the best movies I've seen on Netflix in a while, definitevly not because of the acting but because of the concept of the film as a whole. I understand why people may complain about it, and to be fair I'm not familiar with Michael Peña's role as a lead on a movie but I don't think it was entirely his fault. The man is always good as a sidekick or some other role that isn't the main character and I think it was ok to some degree maybe it will be better on the next one ( I really hope they make a sequel the idea behind the film is brilliant) but we'lll have to wait and give the man a chance. I also agree that the pace of the movie felt a little odd at times, but maybe it was the plan all along just to keep people interested in watching instead of thinkg howbad some parts of the film are. Didn't mean to write sucha long comment, but I really enjoyed the movie and I think it can be better. Love this new idea keep on going Netflix. :)

Rraviteja Marv The Titan sucked so much ass. So long and slow and there really isn't anything special about it, other than the premise (which could have been great) which it completely squandered. If you want a movie with a semi-similar premise but is a straight up sci-fi horror check out "Pandorum".
