We booked this place in 2018, after checking many other places...I must say that, within this budget this place is the best 😊

Can’t tell you how refreshing it is to see a vlog in India where the girl is independent ( financially and emotionally) and act like one. Otherwise all the other vloggers behave as if they are stepping out of 1920. Hubbies accompany them even they have to go for their eyebrows. Really really irritating!!

তোমাদের ফ্ল্যাট নেওয়ার ব্লগ দেখে আমার মনে পড়ল ১৯৮৩ সালে আমার, বর্তমান যে ফ্ল্যাটে থাকছি,সেই ফ্ল্যাট নেওয়ার কথা। আমি ও আমার স্ত্রী দুজনে ঠিক তোমাদের মত ফ্ল্যাট দেখতে এসেছিলাম।তোমাদের মতই আনন্দ অনুভব করেছিলাম । তোমাদের দেখে কি ভাল যে লাগছে বোঝাতে পারবনা।

Obviously…it is a SBI approved project…we bought it 3 yrs back
@@LivingWithRahul Actually one of my friends had booked a flat which was approved by the SBI but from 3 years it's in same position as someone filed a case against the land.
Actually I also booked a flat over here but little bit scared as it is in under construction and SBI is the financer.
Do your agreement having clause for land to be transferred in the name of the proposed housing society
