I think if someone knows how you look they wouldn't assume you suddenly got a fat stomach on your relatively skinnier body, unless you fluctuate in weight a lot and you have a general level of loose skin and fat deposits around your body, then it would be harder to tell.

When I said I wasn’t she looked disappointed and said kindly, “that’s okay, some day”. She was such a beautiful person that I didn’t feel a negative type of way at all and was grateful for unintentional cue to make some changes 😂
