1. Chorao Island - a quiet island in the Mandovi River is known for the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary. To reach here you have to take a ferry which is well equipped to haul cars and scooty
2. Chorla Ghats - located at the intersection of the borders of Goa and Karnataka, the drive here is absolutely beautiful
3. Harvalem Falls - Half an hour away from Ponda this place during the monsoon season reflects the greatest glory
5. Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary - one of the vital corridors of the Western Ghats, this sanctuary is lush green and has an abundance of waterfalls
6. Bubbling Lake - or bubdbud lake dates back to almost 300-400 years, where bubbles are formed at different points in the lake
