- Beginning with the 2022-2023 season, The International Skating Center (ISCC) in Simsbury CT will be the home rink of the Connecticut Whale of the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF). To prepare for the Whale and their first game in Simsbury, the ISCC remade the NHL Rink ice surface to include the Connecticut Whale and PHF logos.
