This is eileen. A leaked character pre-beta, and thought to be a honkai impact 3rd character before HSR’s release. Its highly speculated this was March and her future form.

I mean it probably still is.That’s literally eileen from hi3 and they both look 95% similar
this design is more mysterious and in-element of her special ice powers. 4* march only uses ice as ammunition and deploys basic shield spell. This one goes full faster and snow/ice bender, even levitating. This gives me major vibes that she might be emanator of remembrance or ex-emannator and Fuli punishes his chosen by wiping their slate clean after demoting them. Could also be she got into a fight and she "Froze" to prevent herself, but her memories are still frozen which is very much in vibe of Fuli, especially if you play SU and read the recent blessings. Could also be a minor-god that was consumed into remembrance's pantheon. Lesser God/Aeon of Amnesia, all things forgotten? Maybe a forgotten Aeon who became mortal and saved by Fulli to "remember the forgotten". Either way i hope this is going to serve as a base for 5* march or something as cool if not cooler!

@@dawidpotega882 I think is pretty obvious March is a emanator of some of the paths or even of a "dead" path like beauty, her mission with that girl from the mirror and Fu Xuan hint a lot of what she can be, I think they are doing only funny pixie girl kits till some part of the history where she needs to get serious.

that animations was just for hype, theres a 99% chance it isnt canon since carole did not go with welt into this world and welt did so by the hands of void archives
We also saw Carole in that animation, yet she's nowhere to be seen or heard about in the game. That animation happened when the game was still in beta, so they probably just rewrote Eileen to be the March we now know. Just like how Welt is the only person from the HI verse in the HSR verse(besides Void Archives, which he was mentioned by Himeko and even Welt himself).

Y'all this is just a remnant from the early beta days. That's why the ui looks so different. This is not a leak of a potentially upcoming character, it's a footage of something from the early beta. It's clear that it was supposed to be March, but they changed things around and made her as she is. Will March ever appear like that in game? Maybe as one of her forms, similar to that Hunt version of hers. Or maybe this is a 5* variant of her revealed way earlier than it's appearance like it was with Ayaka. But either way, this stuff is old af and shouldn't be treated as anything of value atm

Ok, we are all in agreement that this is an early beta version of March 7th design. But there's one more thing that caught my eye: her clothes and accessories, particularly the blue lamp hanging from the back of her dress. It's pretty much identical to the one Firefly has!
I think this means the devs took this early design and split it into 2 characters, wich is quite a common thing to happen during game development.
However, it does make me wonder if the connection between March and Firefly goes deeper than that. Are they designed to be narrative foils of one another, given all the contrasts between them? March is trying to find her lost past, while Firefly is fighting to secure her future. March's first form is Ice Preservation, while FF is Fire Destruction, complete opposite both in combat role and element. FF wears a more traditional dress, while March's outfit is more modern. March is loud, outgoing and a little bit sassy, while FF is quiet, more reserved and polite. And FF represents the past life of our protagonist, the Trailblazer, while March represents their current one.
Her face is blank like the memokeeper on the express and we know hes an early march design. Shes never beating the associated with GoR allegations

This Eileen's kit is not complete. Setsu? It's Eileen even in Chinese 💀
This showcase is not of Eileen's kit. This showcase is of Setsugekka's kit. Since Setsugekka does not have a model, Eileen's model is used as a temporary replacement in order to have something there. This is the case with a lot of other characters but some for example use March/Pela/Seele etc depending on who's animations best suited the kit

Why does the UI looks so different?
Because it's literally CBT version
They are placeholders probably. The icons are from a character from hi3 for example
gamedevs will use assets that they have on hand for Proof of Concept, before spending the time and resources on New Art Assets.
It's to show Art/Game Directors as fast as possible that the ideas and plans are working/ what needs to improve and change.
