The chick is a good person for letting the dude know about her status. Herpes is surprisingly common, people who have it still find relationships and I know a lady who got it from oral sex.

I got a blood test after the relationship was over, and I’m clean. I don’t suggest it, but you need to remember that HALF of all people have herpes.

True. And most people dont even know they have genital herpes. I caught it with this girl and she didnt know she had it. It is a virus that sits inside your nervous system. They say there's no cure but i doubt it... its beneficial for pharmaceuticals to sell those pills. Ive also read that fasting and detox will eliminate the virus as well. And i believe in that. Along with a healty diet of course

So as we speak, I am calling people with STIs. It is my job. Also, herpes is not genital warts AND 1 out of 6 people have herpes. It's reported but it is not uncommon. It's really common.

I don’t think it’s wrong to be with someone just because they have an std. I was with someone for 9yrs and he only had 1 outbreak. Other than that he never had any bumps or anything. And he was very clean. I think we do have to be more accepting and understanding to the fact that this stuff happens. I also think if you don’t want to do it than don’t.

Yrs ago, I knew a woman who had herpes, & she found a dating website for people with it, & she found a dude who also had it - they met, got married & lived happily ever after - as far as I know (haven't seen them in 10ish yrs). My point is there are places for people with STD's to find each other - maybe not across the pond - I have no idea about that.

I think it would depend on how much I like the person. Really the statistics show many people have herpies and HPV. And honestly it takes a good amount of luck or discipline to not get at least one of those by your 30s. You’d have to ask every single person you’ve had sex with from 18 and beyond to get a test before hand. And let’s be honest most of us don’t do that
