In their master session at the 2012 ASCAP "I Create Music" EXPO, The Smeezingtons talk about getting the powerhouse songwriting trio together, the songwriting process, and writing "F**k You" with Cee Lo Green. And now Ceelo (on Howard Stern) claims he wrote the whole Lyrics while Bruno, the music. Bruno clearly stated they presented to him that "line" which is part of the lyrics. And Ceelo liked it. Bruno and Philip have that socialite cool guy charisma that is neccessary to politic with industry players who can help push your songs, but I dont have that personality and I cant fake it .
I have a hit formula, a deep heart full of stories, high tech skill, but Im laking cool likeable guy persona. I need to partner up. Girl songwriters come and go with the moods and tides, guess I need a crew of guys to finish songs and pitch them out.

Bruno Mars takes old motown music & adds a modern touch & is a co writer on billionaire & fuck u but he makes it sound like it was all him.
he's the front man and the star, its his voice, co credit, he deserves to be confident.
Rihanna & Beyonce on the other hand, write 0, just sing over the reference vocal, yet theyre the most overplayed and have a monopoly on modern r&b ( I consider Adele soul rock, not r&b). Bruno is like Elton John compared to most.
