Glad to see you again Glenn, sorry to hear your sciatica is so rough..sad to see you still struggling with it. Really hope you find some sort of relief for yourself! No need to apologize, anyone and everyone including myself who deals with sciatica or back pain knows how much it really knocks you on your ass. There’s been days I couldn’t even get out of bed. I feel your pain, buddy. My lower back has been getting worse the past few months. Finally, it went. I couldn’t walk, even after multiple trips to the chiropractor. I finally went to the Doctor and after two injections and three medications, I was able to get some needed relief. By far the worst pain of my life, and I’ve had some bad sports injuries back in the day.

Hopefully you can get some relief on that sciatica soon. Back pain is the worst!
It’s weird how different people get different scents from The WOW Signal. I get a model airplane fuel scent from it. I’ll have to try it again with beer on my mind and see if I can get that from it.
Nice shave! The Sledgehammer is one of the best to mow down a lot of growth!

Glenn, a good book for back pain sufferers is Healing Back Pain Naturally, by Dr. Art Brownstein. Also, have you considered that tight hamstring muscles might be a cause of the sciatica? You could sit on the floor and carefully lean forward and stretch. I had a bout of sciatica recently, brought on by tightness accompanying a hernia which required surgery. Starting some stretches brought relief. It may or may not work, but it would be a simple experiment to try three or four times to see if it works for you.

You should grow out your facial hair for a month, and then shave it off on video.
You could use Beard Oil during that one month of growing out the facial hair.
Also during that one month of growing out the facial hair, make videos during that time of you shaving & defining your cheek lines and neckline.
