Volvo V60 2016 driver side window switches replacement

Here we have a Volvo V60 2016 completely broken window switches, I decided to make this video because I couldn't find a decent one.
I bought a cheap Chinese replacement from eBay.

At the time when I bought it, it only cost me 30£ instead of more than 100£ for a genuine one. It took me only about 10 minutes to replace it, and it isn't hard to do. There are two torx unde door card handles, and then you need to pull the door card from the bottom. You do not need to completely take the door card off only a bit so you can access the white clip holding the plastic panel with window switches. After removing that clip, pry that side of the panel from the top, and it should come out. Unclipped electric plug and undo 4 torx holding those switches. Before bolting new switches, remove top plastic cover from the old switches and clip them to the new ones, and bolt everything back together.

@VENFABIO it might be the switch and as you can see it is cheaper and quite easy to replace.

Thanks for the video you uploaded. How to change the switch bulbs? The window switch lights do not turn on.

I don't think you can change bulb in those switches because those would be internal led so I think you need a new switch

I would think so because they are the same. There might be a slight difference in how they are mounted into a door card

Just had a look on my V70 and it is mounted a bit differently so you would have to remove door card and then unbolted the window switches from underneath 😉
