- Join me for three days exploring the beautiful city of Barcelona; this was my first solo trip since 2019! Despite a few minor upsets, I had a brilliant time and managed to see most of the sights on my itinerary.
This is also the first travel vlog I’ve created so I hope you enjoy it and maybe get some inspiration for your own travels, or solo adventures.

It's so cool putting a face to a voice! I've been watching your other channel for quite awhile.
I love Spain. I've only been twice but I can't wait to go back. I had such a good time in Barcelona when i was there and want to go back. I want to wait until La Sagrada Familía is complete. I do remember basically dying getting to Parc Güell, haha. Those stairs were murder!
I was able to go to the La Sagrada Familía in 2019 and the expectation, at that time, of completion was in 2026. Apparently the main construction will be done in 2026, but the entrance won't actually be done until 2034. So I may have to do 2 more dedicated trips, since I don't want to wait another decade to hit up Barcelona again. I live in the States, so it is a bit of a haul
Hey Meghan! Pleased to hear it 😊 It was my first time travelling to Spain (for the longest time it never appealed) but I loved it. I’ll definitely be going back to Barcelona at some point and Seville is next in my list! It’ll be really cool to the La Sagrada once it’s finally complete. 🤩 Those stairs were hell! There were escalators part way up but they were under construction 😆 - just my luck! 💜
I was a bit gutted I didn’t get to go inside but now I have an excuse to go back! I heard a tour guide saying 2026 will be the year of completion - it’s been a long time coming! 💜

I do love the freedom of solo travel, it’s really refreshing. La Boqueria was amazing! I could’ve stayed there all day just munching my way around the place 😋
Yep, definitely Edinburgh, but I may also do some day trips from London before then just so I can keep practicing 💜

I’d been thinking about it for ages before I decide to just go for it - I’m glad I did. Same! I love travelling.. At the moment nothing as my currently phone plan includes EU roaming, but… when I do Thailand in March I’ll need to get an eSIM. You can get them for pretty much anywhere and believe it may cheaper than going through your provider.. 💜 x
